Pretty much. I just want to stress that these were just my personal observations, and that the wiki might have more specific, or accurate, information on how aging works. If I remember correctly, crow's feet wrinkles around eyes start at 27, hair greying at 33, face wrinkles around 40, and hair turning white 45ish.

You do have to handicap yourself to avoid becoming an old geezer half way through the plot, but Fable is not that hard of a game.
