Can you solo aion

Well the old system would make so people would fill groups again: If everyone got their own reward boxes, there is no need to do Solo or duo groups for instances anymore, therefore more players would be invited to parties and player community would be healthier, especially considering the ninjas etc. There could still be single drops like minion contracts, enchantment stones etc. Samething with Sieges, there should be more focus on main boss really to get better rewards.

Right now a lot of people ignore the bosses and tries to get max AP count from killing players and killing random spawning NPC's that gives you Honor Points. Less and less people are focusing on bosses now. At some point people will stop focusing on them at all. In my opinion whole Honor Point reward system should be made again. Samething with Transforms etc.

Since people use transforms to farm HP and rest of the sieges they have no function to "help out" the faction, which they were used in old days. I really doubt people would bother with so many accounts and it's still a minority who would bother. There are majority who would feel the improvement in gameplay. I rather we don't act minority issues with the community like it's been done with bots. Thanks to bots which still are less than actual active players caused gameplay suffer.

So if a handful of players decided to do that, it's still not a issue. There would still be more players accepting others to join their groups. You do also realize, that you are speaking to two persons who actually are able to do instances solo and are suggesting a resolution that would make us who already do solo or duo, to take more outsiders with us instead to improve the gameplay and make it worth for everyone?

Im able to solo prometuns. I also like the system better of every player gets their own loot. However in the current aion if this system is implemented I would definitely bring my own alts. You are just never done upgrading and bringing alts would make this easier.

You do also realize, that you are speaking to two persons who actually are able to do instances solo. I never liked playing solo. For solo gameplay there are a lot better games, this is why in the last 2 months i was not even bothering doing instances.

And tbh, there will always be someone who will dislike certain topics but personally i do not care if you like that system or not, i just expressed my personal preference and opinion.

As i said earlier, i would never do solo instances again if that loot system would be in place. I would do the sandboxie thingy With fixed amount of kinah it doesn't solve a thing. Would mean u still get more solo. If u mean fixed per player, still u get more using your own alts then. Your solution doesn't fix anything. Fixed for each player, and in case you wanna abuse, there is a very simple counter solution for that, and for low manning. There are so many solutions for this alt abusing festivals but nc doesnt care about it anyway.

Well yea, but in current aion we don't have these mechanics, so in the current version it doesn't fix anything. Got to say though, soloing instances atleast make them feel more rewarding and give u a better edge on making kinah and competing.

If they come with a system forcing 6 mans, all it will do is increase the gap for the people who made a real effort to just progress in the game alone instead of waving with their wallets.

I have played this game since 2. This game was made to be played solo OR in groups, you could do both. Granted, some items requires groups. A lot of people like to play solo, if anything 6.

And it also seems like the majority of events Gameforge does punishes people that play solo, have many alts. But don't worry, I don't agro Elyos, in fact I have been killed many times on Norsvold by members Elyos groups. With my slow typing abilities and the equipment difference is like I'm waiting to be killed, and I'm and very fast.

I have fun, I never dropped the game, just keep aside if familiar and work things saturate me, and return when feeling adventurous. The question is if I can keep exploring new places in solo. I don't play to be on top stats or have the best full equipment set and accessories. Just moving around and PvE is fine for me. Not that I want to play fully "solo", but I haven't found people who plays in slow pace or legions that admit a player that is not x hours online everyday.

Nor have contacted someone that will "mentor" me on how to organize bars, chains, etc. As I said my keyboard and me are not very friendly, I type slowly and push the wrong letter more than I wanted. I will gladly add anyone interested in this kind of play to my legion or group whit them for an "instances day".

But again people seems to prefer a very populated one. I write the post to see if I could contac another players who which like "next saturday at 4pm will do??? DN Elyos but, either way, I am an easy kill unless they are a few levels below me and, I get lucky.

I feel sorry for you greatly. Everyone should have fiber optic nowadays. Hope 5G will be the game changer for you. Nope, 5G won't help me, not one carrier here offers anything over 10 GB hotspot for the same or less than I pay for unlimited satellite and, no cell phone gets more than one bar of any service here.

Unlikely due to the cost of needing so many satellites to do it at all. Chances are, I'm stuck with 30 Mbps speeds and an average ping of ms. Still beats what I started with out here. Much better now with 30 Mbps, unlimited data and, ping.

Price of rural living in a location that even land line phone companies won't service due to too few potential customers on the road. I can grow much of my own food, hunt, fish and, target practice with my bow or rifles in my back yard and, have my wolfdogs without issues here. I also play solo, can't stand munchkin drama and pvp, kids grown up or for real who get their giggles mashing lower levels cos their real life sucks.

But I've noticed a lot less players around now compared to when I started a few years ago - I tend to go off the game for a year or so and then come back and see what's changed - so harder to just join up with a stranger or two when I need some help. Might have to just tootle along solo for as long as I can stand it then look for something else. I'm also a solo player. Aion is the only game I really play solo on, I would be playing with my boyfriend but Aion brings back some very toxic memories for him and I refuse to put him through that type of pain, so here I am trying to solo a game for the first time.

I have Asmodian characters on DN server, though honestly, finding new friends to play with sounds like a really nice thing to do! Ah, I have Elyos, so we couldn't meet up! This thread has got me wondering about starting a legion of my own for solo players. What level do you have to be to start a legion and how do you go about it? Com join One Percent. We have members from several areas, someone is online most of the time.

We run instances whenever we have enough people to do them, which is just about always. We carry people in instances until they get leveled and geared up and, can help us carry the next newcomer that needs it. I soloed to level 66, most do but, after that, you need to do groups.

Join us and, we'll get you there, no matter the time, something is always open to run with a group. I believe you need to be level 10, so after ascension, to start your own legion but I could be wrong, it requires a legion fee and name, that's about it, I'm sort of a newbie to the game!

I was able to convince my boyfriend to join me and play the game though, only condition he asked is we don't make Elyos characters! Where do you live if I may ask? Sound like a great and quiet country side. I love those area but I love the internet also I love they are loyal and love their master.

My wife and I also returning. Anyway, we would have to start from scratch and relearning everything. My wife love the Asmodian and we solo well not exactly, duo is more like a term but sometime we solo when one of us not around a lot.

Not that we are not anti-social people. We are more like casual players and just do not have time for a group or the hassle of some nasty people in group.

I am more incline with MMO not the best but my wife on the other hand not as incline as I am and make it difficult for her to be in group with some hardcore players or not even so hardcore. We love the casual of game play and not the rushy type. You probably know what I mean. We are from East Coast so we usually online after or 8pm when our girls are in bed. Holy necro. This thread was a year old. I don't think anyone in it is going to dialog with you. You need to be a member in order to leave a comment.
