Yeah, I would try using the Dr. Brown nipple with the nipple rings from the nipples that the NICU gave you. That worked for us! I order them every month or so from babiestravellite. We were given the white and blue nipple rings. As well as some preemie ones. I was actually using the Dr. Browns rings on the bottle. I didnt think to use the ready to feed rings! I will give that a try: thanks. That's very odd. I got Dr. Brown's nipples and they fit just fine in our ready-to-feed bottles, using the nipple rings from the nipples that they sent home with us, once those nipples started getting old.
We just saved the rings and used them with the Doc Brown's 1 standard nipples. Then we used them on the standard bottles as well, once he was eating more than the 2 oz bottles of ready-to-feed. What kind of ready-to-feed and what kind of nipples were you sent home with? Wow the NICU gave you nipples? Hmm maybe I will call them and see if they can give me some!
